Appeals Process
If you wish to contest a certification decision, IQCS provides a formal and impartial appeals process.
Submission
Written appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the decision. Please include all relevant supporting documentation.
Independent Review
All appeals are handled by a dedicated Appeals Committee. We guarantee that individuals involved in the review were not part of the original audit or decision.
Formal Outcome
We acknowledge receipt immediately and provide a formal decision following a thorough investigation, usually within 45 days.
